Sustainability Pioneer EILEEN FISHER Joins The Fashion Pact, Expanding Efforts Toward a Net-Zero, Nature-Positive Future

January 16, 2024

EILEEN FISHER has joined The Fashion Pact, an organization helping to drive transformative action toward a net-zero, nature-positive future.

For the past 40 years, EILEEN FISHER has dedicated itself to leading the charge and setting an example for how fashion brands can pursue a more circular business model. With its commitments to regenerative design, reducing textile waste, educating customers on conscious consumption with pioneering resale models, and driving systemic change via The Eileen Fisher Foundation, the brand is consistently finding new ways to navigate the complexities of operating a responsible business.

Now they’re expanding on those efforts by joining The Fashion Pact. As a brand that believes in working together to drive true impact, EILEEN FISHER looks forward to addressing critical challenges such as reducing textile waste, shifting from linear to circular fashion models, and bridging the gap between healthy profits and a healthy planet through collaboration and collective engagement.

About The Fashion Pact:

The Fashion Pact (TFP) is a global CEO-led initiative representing companies from the fashion and textile industry, across the entire value chain. It brings together brands, retailers, and suppliers around common objectives of driving progress toward a nature-positive, net-zero future. Today TFP represents approximately a third of the fashion and textile industry by volume. Each is eager to leverage collective action to scale and achieve impact in the following 4 areas of action: renewable energy, lower impact production, lower impact materials, and biodiversity.
