2025 has come to a close, and EILEEN FISHER is taking a moment to reflect on a year of measurable progress across circularity, materials innovation, and responsible production while also looking ahead to what sustainability in fashion must prioritize in 2026.

In 2025, EILEEN FISHER’s take-back program collected 319,377 pieces, advancing the brand’s commitment to circularity and enabling the following outcomes:

  • Gave 91,763 garments a second life through resale to Renew customers

  • Donated 113,537 pieces to nonprofit organizations

  • Recycled 34,908 wool garments through fiber-to-fiber partner ReVerSo in Italy, where they were spun into new yarns

  • Reimagined 1,500 damaged pieces, either renewed in-house or naturally overdyed by Seattle studio Botanical Colors

  • Released 5 limited collections of artfully mended garments and curated knitwear

  • Partnered with artists on 2 collaborations to transform damaged pieces into one-of-a-kind works

Looking forward, EILEEN FISHER is prepared to meet the growing demand for secondhand fashion in 2026. With decades of expertise and a deep-rooted credibility in sustainable design, the brand is uniquely positioned to drive innovation and define what responsible fashion looks like next.
